(3mm - 20mm) 3xD Solid Carbide Drill with Internal Coolant 140° TiAlN Coated DIN 6535
3xD Solid Carbide Drill with Internal Coolant – Series 11760 (Ø3–20 mm)
The HEPYC 11760 series features solid carbide (HM) drills with internal coolant supply, manufactured to DIN 6537 standards and designed for high-performance and precision drilling in demanding machining applications. The 140° point geometry provides excellent centering and stable cutting performance, while the 30° helix ensures efficient chip evacuation and smooth drilling.
Manufactured from integral solid carbide (HM) and featuring a TiAlN coating, these drills provide excellent wear resistance, high thermal stability, and extended tool life. The internal coolant channels deliver coolant directly to the cutting zone, supporting efficient chip evacuation and improved temperature control. With a 3×D drilling depth and DIN 6535 HA cylindrical shank, the 11760 series is well suited for CNC machining and precision production applications.
